The agreement between Azerbaijan’s Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov and IRENA’s Director-General Francesco La Camera was finalized on the sidelines of the Baku Energy Week. Both parties have also planned to host a joint event at the Pre-COP meetings in Baku, ahead of COP29.
